If somebody is interested in espirtual life, try to read Espirit's Book (By Allan Kardec wrote 160 year ago) and the Mediun's Book for the same author.
Is the best of the espiritist already wrote in the word.

Believe it not, there are spirit beings on Earth. They're called Demons. Those who think that they are speaking to dead persons, are speaking to the Devil's servants; angels cast out of heaven, here to deceive mankind. This is why the Bible says to steer clear of those practicing such activity. It opens you up to Demonic influence.

God didn't create Satan or demons. You might know this already but Satan (Lucifer)was the highest angel in heaven given the intelligence to know right and wrong. Because of this he made the mistake of believing he could be even higher then God. This caused him to be thrown out of heaven along with a third of all the angels who were with him. All these angles became demons and inhabited the Earth long before we came into existence.
God allowed man to live in a planet filled with evil spirits to test us. We failed. Jesus came later to give us salvation from this failure. On our own without Christ we will always fail. Satan is invisible and doesn't even want us to know he exists but yet he is in our heads giving us wrong ideas and misleading us to other ways which seem right to us but in the end we will find out how mislead we were. This article proves he is doing quite well using the media to influence us.
In the bible our bodies (minds) are called "temples" with an inner and outer room. The outer room is susceptible to all kinds of irrational thoughts and ideas, feelings of dread and hatred, mostly fear, lies, and temptations. Without Christ our "inner room" can be filled with these same lies and fears and consume us. Then we are completely blinded without hope.
But when we accept Christ into out lives, we get the "Holy Spirit" inside our "inner room" during this day and age, this "Holy Spirit" is the only supernatural power we have from God. that's why the Bible says in 1 John 4:4 "Greater is he that is in you (holy spirit) then he that is in the world(satan and demons)." We still have an inner and outer mind, Satan and his demons can still influence us with fear and doubts when we let him enter our outer mind but none can ever enter our inner mind when the holy spirit is there.
We have a "triune" God (one God three different ways):
THE FATHER- God of the old testament, creator, in heaven, always was and will be.
THE SON- Jesus, God giving part of himself up to die a painful physical death to pay for our sin so we don't go to hell.
THE HOLY SPIRIT- God inside us to direct us, help us to know better right from wrong, give us hope, helps God hear our prayers, sometimes it can even heal us physically, and always will give us the greatest kind of Joy imaginable!
"If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever --the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you" (John 14:15-17). -this is the Holy Spirit
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own"(1 Cor. 6:19)
I hope this explains some things about God, Satan, and how they relate to us.

Wait a minute - MSNBC ran this SAME article a couple days ago! It wasn't newsworthy then, so it's hard to figure out why they'd run it twice. Who knows, maybe they're getting a kick-back for promoting this book. Or maybe Immelt's dead grandmother told him to run it again... Or MAYBE MSNBC decided to run this article a second time because otherwise they might have to report on Sen. Obama's visit to Israel, where he separately promised Jerusalem to BOTH the Jews AND to the Palestinians and, then, when he couldn't quite explain how that was gonna happen, decided to call it a "status issue" (translation: "I don't know what I'm talking about and I'd better bury this issue with some fluff before I dig this hole any deeper"). I'm guessing which is the correct answer.

I had two recurring pre-cognitive dreams when I was a very little girl. I saw that you mentioned The Alamo, which I was never there, but that particular dream had my Mom (she died when I was 15), and Mom was in front of the Alamo and was somehow "preparing" myself for "something"; well, I wasn't old enough to figure it out. That is interesting over a very long ago dream popping up now.
I have pet bunnies, and a few of them have contacted me in dreams and one. I will leave to you to see if you have had such things going on with others as well.

All people who state they communicate with the dead are lying and phoney to boot. First of all, the bible tells us that at death, a person ceases to exist. They cannot see, hear, smell, think, hate nor love.No part of us lives, including the spirit and soul. Read Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6, 10, and also read Psalm 146:4--that when a man dies, his thoughts do perish. Jesus described death as "sleeping in death" in reference to Lazarus (John 11:11-14) What Jesus was clearly stating is that Lazarus was neither in heaven or in hell. Many religions teach us that you are a spirit after death, and we can worship, help them, or fear them. This is untrue, the dead are just that. Read Revelation 4:11. But the good news is that God has promised us a resurrection of the dead when the time is right. John 5:28, 29, Revelation 20:13 and Acts 24:15. Now, with this in mind, the Bible clearly reminds us that Satan who is the ruler of this earth can and does manifest himself to those people who believe or claim they communicate with the dead. Satan knows every person who lived and died very well, and he is the one tricking all those who believe they are indeed talking with the dead. Spritism is real and dangerous! James 4:7 8, 1Peter:6,7, 2Peter 2:9. So there you have it folks who really want the truth about mediums, fortune tellers, channelling etc. It's all the trickery of Satan for a little while longer. Do not be fooled by these people who claim to be one with the dead, it isn't the dead they communicate with as you can see from the above scriptures.

"Psalm 146:4" - read the entire chapter of Psalm 146. Again, verse 4 is not referring to the physical body but to those mentioned in verse 3. Incidentally, "son of man" in verse 3 is not Jesus Christ but all humans who do not follow the gospel.

Ms. Kelly is trying to con people into buying her book. Pathetic, 'cause it prob has been already. I do think we R more than just blobs of C.H.O.N. atoms and there is a better place after this life. Call it a soul, spirit, chi what ever. I can even believe when we die the body & spirit separate (People have near death experiences & 1 thing is similar) and that is why lights are seen or a tunnel then lights. But no one says they wanted to hang around & watch naked people, after being resuscitated. I believe in a higher power, God, unconditional love, so when I die I'm not sticking around to watch the same old people, places & things I'm going to God. NO more re-runs or commercials for me.
I did dream my grandfather said goodbye to me when 19 yrs. old. Don't care what anyone says. He said goodbye and I can still see his face, but then he said left. I was asleep. And.. Did not know until a few days later he had passed away. But he did leave & when I die I intend to follow.

I wonder if it is the same with animals. There is a horse out at my barn that is about to pass. sadly he has cancer. we are burrying him but I wonder if his soal will still be in the barn with my mare(female horse) they have been together for 16 years my mares whole likfe he is 35.
It makes you wonder.
or if my passed family knows that I love horses, or shows horses.

I believe that all animals were created by a loving Heavenly Father with their own spirits and intelligence to live and function in their assigned roles. Just as there will be a resurrection for humans, there will be a resurrection for animals.

When someone dies, the last thought or conscience will be the guide for the other side at least for a certain time,(remember that the time there is not the same we have here) once in the other side doesn't exist the matter as we have in this side, than every thing will relative with the conscience of the person which will create the environment around it.
If the "spirit" has a good conscience it will define a good situation, but normally the person that take the life way doesn't have a good conscience.
It is not a beatifull thing?

Hello from beyond.
We here in the spirit world once were able to communicate freely through our mediums, however, now that the world is not taking them seriously anymore, we must search for other ways to communicate. This woman is a charlatan and anyone who's STUPID enough to put one ounce of faith in anything she says deserves to be lied to and mislead.
I don't know how or why people keep believing this crap, if someone's dead uncle COULD talk to the living WHY IN HELL WOULDN'T HE JUST TALK TO THE PEOPLE HE WANTED TO TALK TO, of if he needed a medium to communicate how come he doesn't go to the medium, tell her what he wants to say and then have HER seek out the person he wants to talk to?
